On 16 December 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted the following decisions:

Adopted as a whole:

12285-d — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine to Bring Regulation in the Field of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Welfare into Line with European Union Legislation.

14238 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel and Reservists’ (taking into account the proposals of the Committee).

Adopted as a basis:

14144 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Honouring the Memory of Compatriots Who Died as a Result of Armed Aggression by the russian federation (with revisions in accordance with Part 1 of Article 116).

13347 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Preparing Citizens for National Resistance.
