The Resolution recommends that the General Prosecutor Office of Ukraine is supposed to provide the considerable supervision for the effective criminal procedural legislation following by the law enforcement agencies regarding the cases on minors abuse and crimes against sexual liberty and sexual immunity of minors. The recommendation is spread on the criminal cases commenced during last three years etc.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ombudsperson are charged with the elaboration and adoption of the resolution regarding the order of the detection in the course of the entrance in Ukraine foreign citizens accessorial to the sexual attraction toward children, put their entrance under restrain and form the data base concerning the named citizens.
The Resolution also presupposes appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the request to hold Plenum of the Supreme Court on the issues regarding the cases on minors abuse and crimes against sexual liberty and sexual immunity of minors.
