The legislative act envisages an extra source of payments effected by the energy-producing companies, fuel-burning power plants, for the coal products of the State coal-mining enterprises    to ensure timely payment of wages to the coal-miners.  

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 5394.
