On 4 December 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted following decisions:
Adopted as a whole:
13611 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Physical Culture and Sports’ regarding scientific and scientific-methodological support in the field of physical culture and sports.
14169 — Draft Law on Amendments to Subsection 2 of Section XX ‘Transitional Provisions’ of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding value added tax on transactions involving the import of goods into the customs territory of Ukraine for security and defence purposes (a decision was made to sign the law without delay).
14170 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the procedure for the collection of customs payments and the fulfilment of certain customs formalities for goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine for security and defence purposes (a decision was made to sign the law without delay).

14095 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Optimisation of Processes for Searching for Missing Persons and Identifying Unidentified Bodies (Remains) During Martial Law.
Resolutions adopted:
14181 — On the establishment of a temporary investigative commission to investigate violations of legislation on the treatment, rehabilitation and prosthetics of military personnel and veterans, and to investigate cases of overpricing and poor quality of medicines (taking into account the comments and proposals of the Committee).
14198 — On the establishment of a Temporary Investigation Commission to investigate crimes committed by armed formations of the russian federation against journalists and other media workers (with editorial clarifications from the Committee).
13357 — On the establishment of a Temporary Investigation Commission to investigate possible cases of illegal construction, unauthorised occupation of land plots, unauthorised construction, abuse and inefficient use of funds and property managed by entities managing state and communal property, which led to the emergence of unfinished residential construction projects, leading to violations of the constitutional right to housing of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and special-purpose law enforcement agencies established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, their family members and internally displaced persons (taking into account the comments of the Committee).
14180 — On approval of the provisions on bonuses and scholarships of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (taking into account the proposals of the Committee).
14195 — On awarding the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Prize to young scientists for 2025.
14240 — On awarding the annual Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to teaching staff of pre-school, general secondary, vocational and out-of-school educational institutions in 2025.
14107 — On awarding the Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2025 for the contribution of young people to the development of parliamentarism and local self-government.
14078 — On honouring those who participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and on measures related to the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster.
