On 3 December 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted following decisions: 

Adopted as a whole:

14000 — Draft Law on State Budget of Ukraine for 2026.

11488-1 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Establishment of Continuous Insurance Experience for Persons Reinstated at Work After Unlawful Dismissal.

14097 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding the Specifics of Taxing Banks with Corporate Income Tax in 2026.

14120 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine in Connection with the Update of the Official Translation of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages (a decision was made to sign the law without delay).

6493 — Draft Law on the Status of People's Deputies — Founders of Ukraine's State Independence.

13650 — Draft law on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding state final certification and the 2026 admission campaign (a decision was made to sign the law without delay).

Adopted as a basis:

13704-d — Draft Law on ensuring the right of military personnel, veterans and prisoners of war released from captivity to adequate medical care, rehabilitation and prosthetics (with a 50% reduction in the deadline for submitting proposals and amendments).
