Oleksandr Lavrynovych: The Government shall take immediate Measures to render Assistance to the Victims of a Heavy Snowfall in Odesa Region
Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed at the beginning of the morning sitting to the executive power to allot necessary assistance for all the suffered because of the emergency situation in Odessa regions due to the heavy snow fall.
O. Lavrynovych suggested appeal to those governmental establishments that are responsible for the efficient reaction regarding the emergency situation.
The First Vice-Chairman suggested "address the Ministry on Emergency Situations and Ministry on Defence for the assistance allocation to our citizens that appeared in emergence situation."
"I am convinced that no one is going to lessen the problem", - O. Lavrynovych stated.
As a respond to the party of Regions proposition to appeal to the helicopter UNO base that are situated not far from the problem highways for the people evacuation and hear the information of the executive power leader regarding the taken measures regarding this problem solution, O. Lavrynovych upheld he proposition and suggested the Government appeal to UNO residence.
