The Bill (Reg.№5163) envisages the legal status regulation and order of the temporary inquiry panels activity, ad hoc temporary panels and ad hoc temporary panel on the investigation in the course of the impeachment procedure.
According to the Bill, among grounds for the temporary inquiry panel formation may be information on the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine violations by the state power bodies, bodies of the local self-government and their officials, enterprises chairmen irrespective of the property form, citizens´ community of the public interest.
Pursuant to the document, ad hoc temporary panel is formed by the Parliament for the elaboration and previous issues scrutiny and also for the further elaboration of the laws bills and other Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine acts possessing the authority of the principal committee if the legal regulation subject of these bill is not under the jurisdiction of the Committees formed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
