The Law amends certain legislative acts to regulate provision of the persons with disabilities with motor cars (including the ones recognized as a humanitarian aid).
The Law fixes the rights concerning transfer of a motor car provided to a person with disabilities by the labour and social security bodies into the ownership of the person´s family members in case of the person´s death. The Law also regulates the rights on disposal of a motor car recognized as a humanitarian aid.
Pursuant to the Law, after the death of a person with disabilities, the motor car or the car recognized as a humanitarian aid that was in use less than ten years can be handed to the person´s family members under the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2740.
