During the meeting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5030) envisages the conciliation of the Law clauses "On the Insurance Documentation Fund of Ukraine" with the clauses of the Law "On Basic Principles of the State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity."
Pursuant to the Bill it is envisages that the state supervision (control) for the state legislation in the sphere of insurance documentation fund formation and conduction by the local self-government bodies and enterprises (institutions) of the insurance documentation fund and by their juridical and natural persons in being conducted by the State Technical Inspectorate of the State Department of Insurance Documentation Fund through the conduction of planed and unscheduled actions.
Pursuant to the document, the Chairman of the State Department of Insurance Documentation Fund is the General State Inspector on matters of formation and conduction of insurance documentation fund of Ukraine.
