Bill (Reg.№4289) envisages the amendments to the Civil Code of uKra9one, Laws "On Block of Flats Joint Owners Association" and "On State Property Fund Privatization" that are aimed at the improvement of formation order of Block of Flats Joint Owners Association.
Oleksandr Popov , the Vice-Chairman of the committee declared that there were certain remarks regarding the Bill.
The Members of the Committee deem that the adoption of the Bill taking into the consideration the expressed remarks would facilitate the simplification of the procedure on formation of block of flats joint owners association and improvement of the normative-legal regulation of this process.
