The Bill (Reg.№5122) envisages the defining on the legislative level of the order of formation and activity of Ukrainian Insurance Union as an self-regulated organization of insurance agents that is formed and act under the conditions of the compulsory participation in this organization.
During the meeting the attention was pointed out on the General Expert Administration resolution that contains great number of remarks concerning the Bill.
It was also declared that the Bills "On Self-Regulating Organizations", "On Specialized Self-Regulating and Self-Governed Organizations" were already introduced for the Parliamentary scrutiny and they already defines the basic principles of such unions functioning.
Hence, the People´s Deputies deem the adoption of the Law on formation and activity of self-governed organization in one sphere as it is suggested by the Bill until the basic principles of such activity is determined is impropriate.
During the discussion great number of other amendments was expressed by the People´s Deputies.
