At its plenary session on 15 July, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the following legislative acts:
No. 0328 – Draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Council of Europe on the Establishment of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
No. 0329 – Draft Law on the Suspension for Ukraine of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production, and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction.
No. 0314 – Draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on Amendments to the Agreement on Ukraine’s Participation in the “Creative Europe” Programme (2021–2027).
No. 0310 – Draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the European Public Law Organization on the Establishment of the European Public Law Organization Office in Ukraine.
No. 0322 – Draft Law on Ukraine’s Accession to the Agreement on the Establishment of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean.
No. 0325 – Draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Czech Republic on the Conditions for the Placement of Diplomatic Missions of Ukraine in the Czech Republic and of the Czech Republic in Ukraine.
No. 13471 – Draft Law on the Approval of the Presidential Decree “On the Extension of Martial Law in Ukraine.”
No. 13472 – Draft Law on the Approval of the Presidential Decree “On the Extension of the General Mobilization Period.”
No. 12374-d-P – Draft Resolution on the Repeal of the Decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Adopt in Second Reading and as a Whole the Draft Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Aimed at Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes, and Improving Asset Management Mechanisms.”
No. 11469-P – Draft Resolution on the Repeal of the Decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 18 June 2025 to Adopt in Second Reading and as a Whole the Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Acquire and Retain Ukrainian Citizenship.
No. 11469-P1 – Draft Resolution on the Repeal of the Decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 18 June 2025 to Adopt in Second Reading and as a Whole the Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Acquire and Retain Ukrainian Citizenship.
No. 11469-P2 – Draft Resolution on the Repeal of the Decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 18 June 2025 to Adopt in Second Reading and as a Whole the Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Acquire and Retain Ukrainian Citizenship.
This made it possible to sign the respective laws and submit them to the President of Ukraine.
