The Bill (Reg. No. 5187) authorizes the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to recommend that the enterprises, institutions and organizations postpone the working days. Pursuant to the Bill, such decrees shall be issued not later than three months before the date of the first working day to be postponed. The heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations shall issue corresponding decrees not later than two months before the date of the first working day to be postponed.
The Committee members support the Bill, as its adoption will enable the citizens to plan their holidays in advance.
