The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to Clause 14 of the Law "On the Documentation Insurance Fund of Ukraine"

The Bill (Reg.№5030) envisages revision of the article 14 of the Law "Documentation Insurance Fund of Ukraine" aiming at the coordination with the relevant clauses of the Law "On Basic Principles of the State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Activity Sphere."

 

In particular, according to the bill, "state supervision for the legislation abiding in the sphere of formation and conduction of the documentation insurance fund by Ministries, other central and local bodies (establishments) of documentation insurance fund and other juridical and natural persons is being held by the State Technical Inspectorate of through the conduction of planned and unplanned actions."

 

It also presupposes that the clauses on the State Technical Inspectorate of Documentation Insurance Fund are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
