The Committee on European Integration recognized a Number of Bills as such that Comply with the European Legislation

In particular, the Committee recognized as such that does not contradict EU legislation, the Bill on Economic Association (Reg.№5045) that determines the order of the formation, activity and withdrawal of the economic communities, their legal status, rights and obligations, paying special attention to the state association.

 

Also the Committee scrutinized the Bill on Recommendation of Custom Cooperation Council regarding the introduction of the amendments to the Convention on the formation of the Custom Cooperation Council (Reg.№0136). The Bill is aimed at the provision of the implementation by Ukrainian part of the inner state procedures necessary for the introduction of the amendments to the articles VIII and XVII of the Convention for the allocation for the customs or economic unities the right to became Treaty Party of the Convention and gaining membership in the Custom Cooperation Council.

 

The Committee recognized the Bill as such that complies with EU legislation.
