The Committee on Transport and Communications recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Motor Roads"

The Bill (Reg. No. 5041) supplements the legislatively determined list of road service objects and introduces a new term "elements of sanitary maintenance of motor roads".   

 

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will facilitate further development of motor roads infrastructure and provide safe, economical and comfortable traffic conditions.
