The Bill (Reg.№5128) envisages revision of the Law "On Professional Tours" that determines the basis for the tour activity in Ukraine, state policy in this sphere, subjects of tour activity, order of the organization, conduction, registration and taxation of the tour activity, implements liability for the legislation violation in this sphere.
During the discussion it was declared that the bill implementation would influence the income part of the budgets and according to the Ministry on Finance calculation, the total loss of the budgets would comprise UAH 54 billion.
It was also stressed during the meeting that the Bill regulates nit only common basis of the tour activity in Ukraine but also control for the income to the state and local budgets from such occasions. According to the Committee, these rules should be regulated by the different documents.
