The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Proof Release Grounds)

The Bill (Reg. No. 3456) introduces amendments to Clause 61 of the Civil Procedural Code, Clause 35 of the Economic Procedural Code and Clause 72 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine that specify the conditions, when the circumstances ascertained in court decisions are considered not subject to proof.  

 

The Bill improves procedural legislation, determining circumstances not subject to proof. The People´s Deputies believe that such amendments will protect rights of individuals and legal entities from illegal infringements, preventing use of fictitious disputes in civil, economic and administrative legal proceedings.
