The Committee members declared that the Framework Agreement is aimed at the development of cooperation between Ukraine and Indonesia in the sphere of exploration and investigation of space for peaceful purposes according to the effective legislation of both countries and international law on outer space.
In particular, the Agreement determines the areas of cooperation between the two countries: fundamental space science, space meteorology, space geophysics, astronomy and astrophysics, space materials and constructions, biotechnologies, ionosphere and space plasma; space scientific and technical equipment; space transport systems; investigation and produce of satellites for scientific and commercial purposes, etc. Moreover, the cooperation between Parties shall be effected regarding the common scientific-investigation works, construction, production and space launch of carrier rockets, etc.
The Committee members declared that the financing of the expenses shall be effected at the expense of the State Budget.
