Veto imposed by the President of Ukraine on the following Laws was overridden:
"On Alienation of Land Plots in Private Property for the Social Needs and on the Grounds of Social Necessity."
"On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Regulation of Social Protection of People that reside in the Monitoring Areas of Enterprises that extract Uranic Ores, and manufacture Nuclear Facilities and Units related to Nuclear Waste Treatment."
"On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Radio Frequency Resource of Ukraine" (re Effective Use of Radio Frequency Resource).
Law "On Ukraine's Accession to the European concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways."
"On Normative-Legal Acts."
The following Laws were adopted in entirety:
"On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine due to Ratification of the Amendment to the Convention on Physical Protection of Nuclear Material."
"On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the Compensation for Moral Damage."
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Prevention of Illegitimate Amalgamation and Seizure of Enterprises."
"On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine" (re Enhancement of the Procedure of Adoption and Promulgation of Acts of the National Council by means of their Coordination with Effective Legislation of Ukraine)
"On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Aid to the Families with Children" regarding Payment of Aid by a Child's Birth.
"On Physical Culture and Sports."
" "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine" (regarding the Development of Labour Activity of the Convicted)"
"On Ratification of the Convention between Ukraine and the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya concerning Prevention of Double Taxation and Income Tax Evasion."
"On Ratification of the Convention between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan concerning Prevention of Double Taxation and Income Tax Evasion."
The Bill on the State Program of the Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2010 was not upheld.
The following Resolutions were adopted:
"On forwarding the Bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010 for further Drafting."
"On Holding of the Parliamentary Hearings on the Topic "On the Status of Freedom of Speech in the Regional Mass Media."
"On certain Issues concerning Administration of Property of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine."
Certain resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges were adopted.
