The Law envisages actions to be taken to develop labour activity of the convicted. Thus, it presupposes organization of their professional training by means of creation of new workplaces both beyond the penitentiary institutions, and at the enterprises on these establishments.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3400.
