For 17-20 November 2009, 6 plenary meetings of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine were held. 36 issues of the agenda were scrutinized.
In the result of the scrutiny:
- 11 Laws and 10 Resolutions were adopted;
- 1 Bill was adopted as a basis;
- 1 Bill was adopted at the Second Reading and forwarded for the Third Reading;
- 1 Bill was returned to the Committee for further drafting for the repeated Second Reading;
- 2 Bills and 3 Draft Resolutions were rejected.
In the result of the scrutiny of the President´s motions:
- the President´s veto on 3 Laws was overridden;
- 1 Law was adopted with the President´s motions partially considered;
- 7 Laws were rejected.
117 Deputy Inquiries were announced.
