The Bill (Reg. No. 4204) regulates monitoring of financial operations of persons authorized to implement the functions of State. It enhances effective prevention of organized crime and corruption and strengthens law and order in the country.

However, the People´s Deputies expressed a number of remarks concerning the Bill.

Thus, the Bill obliges judges and People´s Deputies of Ukraine "to open and use a special (personal) bank account to receive incoming funds and make expenditures while fulfilling their duties".

The People´s Deputies believe that this innovation can not be implemented, as "there are no criteria for banks to determine whether the funds entered the account for the fulfillment of relevant duties".
