During the meeting held on the request of Khaled Jassim Al-Shamari, Charge D'affaires ad Interim of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine, the Parties discussed a wide range of issues concerning bilateral cooperation at the parliamentary level.
Oleh Bilorus, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, briefed on the internal political situation in Ukraine. He deems necessary to secure stable parliamentary work.
The Charge D'affaires ad Interim of the Republic of Iraq to Ukraine emphasized that inter-parliamentary contacts were of vital importance. He also expressed the willingness to establish active cooperation with Ukraine on the economic, financial and political levels.
