The Committee on European Integration scrutinized several Bills as to Compliance with the European Legislation

The Committee recognized the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" (re Creation of Conditions for preventing "Technical" Defaults in Bonds) (Reg. No. 5157) as such that complies with the European legislation.   

By the subject of legal regulation, the Bill belongs to the field of financial services, being regulated by the EU Transparency Directive 2004/109/EU and the European Commission Resolution 2001/528/EU. 

The Committee also scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to Clause 7 of the Law "On Insurance" (re Obligatory Insurance of Tourists) (Reg. No. 1180) that introduces obligatory insurance of tourists (medical and against accidents) for the period of tourist trips.  

The Bill was recognized as such that complies with the European legislation.
