The Bill (Reg.№5148) envisages legislative regulation of the issue on accreditation of separate departments of foreign legal entities at the territory of Ukraine.
According to the Bill, accreditation of separate departments of foreign legal entities at the territory of Ukraine is introduced in order to impalement the state policy in the sphere of the foreign economic activity and is held by the central body of the executive power on economic issues, National Bank of Ukraine and Ministry on Justice of Ukraine. After the accreditation the body that implements it, directs the necessary information for the inclusion of department into the Single Register.
According to the People´s Deputies the adoption of the Bill prevents the illegal activity of the separate departments of foreign legal entities at the territory of Ukraine and forms additional mechanism of prevention of inefficient outflow of capital.
