The Committee on National Security and Defence recomends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" (re Leading of Mobilization Tasks (Orders))

The Bill (Reg.№5069) directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages broadening of the authority of the central and local executive authorities and other state bodies, local self-governing bodies regarding the leading of the mobilization tasks (orders)to the enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespective of their ownership form.

 

The Members of the Committee upheld the Bill, adoption of which would facilitate the improvement of the normative-legal base on matters of mobilization tasks (orders) leading to the enterprises and organization in peacetime.
