The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re Rendering of Aid under the State Social Insurance)

The Bill (Reg.№5159) directed by O. Shevchuk envisages regulation of certain issues, in particular: regarding the temporary disability aid for the insured person, caring of the children in case another person, carrying for another sick child in hospital; rate of the temporary disability aid during the idle period of an enterprise (subdivision), institution, organization; necessary documents register for the nomination of temporary ability aid, pregnancy and childbirth for the persons providing themselves with the work; implementation of the rate dependence of pecuniary aid because of pregnancy and childbirth from the period of insurance premium payment etc.

 

O. Shevchuk declared that the implementation of the bill does not presuppose extra budget expenses.

 

The Committee upheld the Bill´s adoption.
