Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, doubts that the Parliament will adopt a Resolution on Dismissal of the First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
V.Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement at the Saturday´s press conference in the city of Uman, commenting upon the information that the People´s Deputies from the BYuT Faction collected 150 signatures to dismiss Oleksandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, due to his violation of the Standing Orders at the Friday´s plenary meeting.
He predicts that "this rush with signatures can provoke another rush of signatures" with the other aim already. V.Lytvyn explains such events by the unwillingness of certain political forces to scrutinize and discuss the Draft Budget for the next year. "Everything is done to disrupt the session work of The Verkhovna Rada", - he stated and added: "However, it will be no success".
V.Lytvyn also stated that the adopted Law on the Increase of the Minimum Social Standards "shall be implemented".
During the working visit, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also planted an oak in "Sofiyivka" park.
