The legislative act introduces amendments to Part 3 of Clause 172 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, pursuant to which the resolutions, activity or inactivity of the Central Election Commission concerning determination of results of not only the national referendum, but also elections shall be litigated in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine as a court of first instance.

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 5144.
