The Committee on European Integration recognized the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Customs Tariff in Ukraine" as such that does not contradict the European Union Law

During the sitting of the committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5134) envisages the increase of the entrance charge rates from 2 to 10 per cent on electric conductors УКТЗЕД 8544 60 10 98 і 8544 60 90 90.

 

The People´s Deputies noticed that the Bill principles do not contradict the Law of European Union and obligations of Ukraine in the WTO framework, as suggested rate of the entrance charge corresponds to the international tariff obligation of our state  regarding this organization.
