ykola Tomenko: The Right to implement Dissolution of Parliament has the New President of Ukraine already

 

Mykola Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems that the dissolution of the Parliament would remain only as wishful thinking of Viktor Yushchenko, the President of Ukraine.

 

It was declared giving comments regarding the certain principle of the program on the post of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko if the deputies do not adopt the amendments to the Constitution during 100 days from the moment of its introduction for the Parliamentary scrutiny.

 

According to M. Tomenko, dissolution of the Parliament is possible, but only by the new President. "I am convinced that dissolution of the present Parliament would remain only as wishful thinking of Viktor Yushchenko", - he declared.

 

Mykola Tomenko mentioned that the President had promised the introduction for the parliamentary scrutiny new revision of the Constitution of Ukraine after its appreciation by the Ukrainian people that would be completed on 1 December 2009. During next 100 days that were given by the President for the Verkhovna Rada to scrutinize the draft the new President would be elected.
