The legislative act introduces the amendments to the Laws "On Actions aimed at the Provision of the Stable Functioning of the Enterprises of the Fuel and Power Complex" and "On Court Enforcement Action" regarding calling of the moratorium on court enforcement action concerning these enterprises in case executive resolutions concerning payment of wages and other payments due to the employee in connection with labour relations.
Relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No. 4396.
