The Law extends the authorities of a specially authorized central executive body in charge of civil protection as stated in Clause 28 of the effective Law with the functions concerning State supervision over the safety of works conducted by the personnel and heads of the civil protection bodies and departments.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2102.
