The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine

The Bill (Reg.№5146) envisages the formation of the unified system of the state registration of juridical persons through the adjusting of the effective laws of Ukraine to the demands of the Law "On State Registration of Juridical Entities and Natural Persons-Entrepreneurs."

 

Relevant amendments are supposed to the implement regarding Civil Code and 15 Law regulating in particular, the order of the state registration of certain types of juridical entities.
