The Bill (Reg.№2307-д) aimed at formation of a due legislative base to secure realization of citizens? housing right. The Bills define legal, organizational and socio-economic principles of State policy in the housing sector, and regulate legal relations appertaining to origination, implementation and suspension of the housing property right.
Thus, the Bill includes regulations appertaining to the following issues: origination, realization and termination of housing property right; registration of citizens who are in need of housing or improvement of housing conditions, rendering of housing; realization of rights and fulfillment of duties of housing owners and users; preservation and reservation of housing in public and municipal ownership.
According to the form of property, the Housing Fund is divided into: private, state and communal housing funds.
