The Law aims at the efficient regulation of legal relations during the initiation and scrutiny of the cases related to the welfare payments.
It introduces amendments to the Civil Procedural Code and the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, pursuant to which, the scrutiny and settlement of the cases on social payments is transferred from the jurisdiction of administrative courts into the jurisdiction of general courts.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 5010.
