During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№4280) envisages the spreading on pensions due to disability, irrespective from groups of disability of the social guarantee regarding the rate of the pension due to the age not less then the living wage. also it proposes the implementation of the pension due to the age of the lost breadwinner not less then the living wage for this category.

According to the members of the committee, principles of law violate the insurance principles of compulsory state pension insurance.

The Committee also declares that "referring disabled persons to the category of people who lost working capacity minimize the motivation for the employment, deprives disabled of the right and possibilities equal to other people and do not harmonize with the UNO Convention principles on Disabled Rights."
