During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№4729) envisages the specification fo the activity spheres of the subjects of natural monopolies, broadening of the rights of national commissions on regulation of natural monopolies, determining peculiarities of licensing of the subjects activity of natural monopolies and adjoined markets.
