Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Law on Basic Principles of the Interaction between the State and the Private Partners

The Bill (Reg.№5239) envisages the determining of the legal basis of interaction between the state and private partners and the main principles of state-private cooperation on the agreement ground through the more effective use of the state property, involvement of the investments in the Ukrainian economy, industrial and social modernization and increase of the goods, services and works quality.

 

In particular, it envisages the regulation of the relations concerning the preparation, use and cessation of the treaties that are concluded in the framework of the state-private partnership, implementation of the guarantees of rights and legal interests keeping by the treaty parties.

 According to the members o the committee the implementation of the bills´ principles would facilitate the formation of the conditions for the increase of competitive abilities of the state economy and investments involvement.
