The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Introduction of the Electronic State Registration System of Economic Entities)

The Bill (Reg.№5147) envisages the formation of the electronic system of the state registration of the economic entities. 

Pursuant to the Bill "electronic documents subject to the state registration are drawn according to the norms of the legislation in the sphere of electronic documents and electronic circulation of documents and also digital signature." 

Implementation of the suggested system increases guarantees of property rights of legal entities and transparency of the registration processes.
