The Law envisages adoption of the amendment to the Clauses of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning increase of the number of votes and participation of the developing countries and the transition economies, ratified by the Resolution of the governing board of the Bank No.596 of 30 January 2009.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0139.
