The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to the Article 7 of the Law "On State Assistance to the Low-Income Families"

The Bill (Reg.№4795) submited by the Cabinet of Minsiters of Ukraine envisages the improvement of the order of the state social assistance allotment for the low-income families, in particular do not divest the family of the right on the social assistance nomination for the next term in case of submitting deliberately untrue data. The bill also implements the order of the reversion by the family of the overpaid funds.

 

The Members of the Committee upheld the Bill, adoption of which would facilitate the improvement of the administrative and finance relations in the sphere of social protection of the citizens.
