The Bill (Reg.№4806) envisages the supplement of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine with the new Chapter VII-1 "Proceedings regarding the cases on appeal against the court of arbitration judgment and writs of execution due to the court of arbitration to the court of arbitration judgment" according to which should be determined the peculiarities of the juridical scrutiny of appeals against the court of arbitration judgments and writs of Execution due to the Court of Arbitration judgments.

 

During the discussion, the members of the Committee mentioned that such a legislative proposition is aimed at the removal of the gaps in legal regulation of court of arbitration proceedings regarding the appeal against the court of arbitration and delivery of writs of execution due to the court of arbitration.
