The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Public Self-Organization Bodies" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№2108) envisages the renewing of the legal status, order of organization and activity of public self-organization bodies, presenting the Law in new revision.

During the meeting the members of the committee also scrutinized the identical bills (Reg.№№1444, 2355).

 

During the discussion, the people´s Deputies declared that the necessity of the bills elaboration is caused by the insufficient standardization of the public self-organization bodies, simplification of the procedure of its formation in Ukraine. The need of the legislative basis renewing concerning the public self-organization bodies according to the relevant administrative-territorial reform and local self-government reformation was also emphasized.

 

As a result of the discussion, the Parliamentarians resolved to suggest that Parliament adoption of the bill 2108 as a basis taking into the consideration certain principles of the bills 1444 and 2355 during its elaboration for the second reading.
