In the course of the meeting of the Committee it was declared that O.Bachun, Head of Kyiv Circuit Administrative Court during last 5 years accomplished more then 20 flies by charter airlines to different countries of the world at the total sum of more then USD 1 million.
Still, it was stressed by the People´s Deputies that the systemic charter flies abroad are not coordinated and do not correspond the rate of his wages implemented by the Laws of Ukraine.
Consequently the People´s Deputies deem the source of the judge income to be unclear and testifies the receiving of illegal income.
The Committee deems that such actions of O. Bachun judge arouse doubts concerning his impartiality, objectiveness and independence regarding his judgments.
O. Bachun judge ignored the invitation of the Committee to take part in the sitting in order to prove and explain his actions and legitimacy of income.
According to the Members of the Committee there is a need to form the working group for the facts scrutiny regarding the case.
The Committee resolved ask O.Bachun, Head of Kyiv Circuit Administrative Court for the repeated meeting of the Committee.
