Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has greeted Borys Oliynyk on the Occasion of the Birthday. "The whole Ukrainian society respect in Your person great Ukrainian poet who interprets with the great talent the words meaning , transferring them into the new images, often holy ones like , Mother, Nation, Land, Motherland", - V. Lytvyn declared addressing B. Oliynyk.
According to the Head of the Ukrainian Parliament doubtless authority of Borys Oliynyk is proved by correspondence of his talent to the tastes and needs of Ukrainian society. "Only prominent poet is able to create such wonderful world", - V. Lytvyn proclaimed.
Human and poetic majesty of Borys Oliynyk is proved, according to V. Lytvyn, by "not laud, sincere love of Ukrainian people to Great Poet of Ukraine."
