The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Juridical; System of Ukraine" (re the Administrative Office in Courts)

The Bill (Reg.№1122-1) envisages implementation through the addition of the Law "On Juridical System of Ukraine" by the new articles (20-1, 20-2, 20-3) and introduction of amendments to other articles of the law, that the appointing of the judges to the administrative offices of judges of common jurisdiction and dismissal form these offices should be accomplished by the highest body of juridical self-governing as Council of Judges of Ukraine after the presentation of the Supreme Court Chairman basing on the recommendations of the relevant judges council.
