Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Principal Law is supposed to provide Real Self Governing and Liquidate Duality of Executive Power

Minimal wages should not be less then the living wage, People´s Deputies should be elected by the open registers, judges must be elected by the citizens of Ukraine and adoption of the decisions regarding the local significance and regional problems should be solved by the local self-government.

 

It was declared by O. Lavrynovych, the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine giving comments regarding the bills on amendments tot eh Constitution of Ukraine introduced in the Parliament by Party of Regions.

 

"First of all I would like to remind that week go we adopted in its entirety the Bill regulating issue on minimal wages and living wages. Party of Regions suggests that the Constitution should contain the norm according to which, minimal wages should not be less then the living wage", - the First Vice-chairman is convinced.

 

Next position, according to O. Lavrynovych "concerns the way in which citizens elect People´s Deputies." "Party of Regions suggest that the norm should be fixed in the Constitution according to which, the Deputies are elected due to the open register", - the politician stressed.

 

"Third position concerns adjoining of Ukraine the international unions. Party of Regions suggests that it should be fixed in the Constitution of Ukraine that it is possible only due to the whole Ukrainian referendum that should be nominated by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", - O. Lavrynovych declared.

Still, O. Lavrynovych informed that "Party of regions suggests instead of the state administrations in regions formation of the Cabinet of Minister representative bodies."
