In particular, according to the Agreement, the effective law of one of the Treaty Parties that regulates the entrance, customs order, transit, passport control etc. is spread on the appointed air companies of the other Treaty Part, passengers, crew etc. and the same concerns luggage, cargo and post during the arrival on the territory of the another Treaty Part.
